Role Description
We are seeking a part-time/full-time Virtual Clinic Assistant for our clinic located in Los Angeles, CA. The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the clinic. This is an off-site (remote) role.

Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting preferred, but not required. We will train.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and billing processes are preferred, but not required
Knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Office
Trilingual abilities (English/Mandarin/Spanish) preferred
